This book is one of the most up-to-date review on the subject of vaccine adjuvants and delivery systems. It is useful to those seriously and scientifically engaged in this topic for biologics or small molecule drug delivery.
I was considering the purchase of this book, until I saw that the author works (apparently still) for Novartis. Reading the research of a man - whose employer makes its living selling the product the man is allegedly reporting on - would be a study in conflict.
This book is rather current in the field and provides a good background for those interested in vaccine adjuvants. I would recommend this as a resource.
